Ingredientes

  • 600 g pork shoulder, 100g onions, oil, ground red pepper, salt, pepper, 600 grams of sauerkraut, 250 g rice, 200 grams of cooked smoked bacon, sausages 250 g, 3 dl sour cream

  1. Rinse the pork shoulder and cut into cubes. Finely chop onion and fry in oil. Add pepper, chopped meat, salt and pepper. For occasional grouting with hot water until soft choke.
