Ingredientes

  • 4 x 1 1/2 inch thick beef, short, ribs
  • 4 x garlic, cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tsp chopped ginger
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 12 x scallion

Direcciones

  1. Cut the meaty side of each short rib at 1/2" intervals leaving the bone attached.
  2. In a bowl whisk garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, vinegar, sesame seeds and pepper. Store ribs on large plastic resealable bag. Add in the scallions and marinate overnight.
  3. Throw away marinade. Grill the ribs for 6-8 min each side.
  4. Grill scallions for 4 min.
