- 3 to 4 shiitake mushrooms
- ½ carrot, julienned
- ½ capsicum, julienned
- sesame seeds, roasted, for garnish
- 2 tsp light soy sauce,
- sesame oil, to taste

- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- ½ tsp corn flour / corn starch
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp oil
- Sauce:
- 2 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tsp water
- 1 tsp sugar
