- Cumin seeds - 1/2 spoon (4 grams)
- Cardamom pods - 4
- Cloves - 4
- Cinnamon stick - 1 small stick (1 inch long)
- Lemon - 1/2 of a lemon
- Ghee - 1 spoon
- Oil - 5 spoons
- 1. Coriander seeds - 2 spoons (6 to 8 grams)
