Krumplis Gomboc (Potato Dumplings)

Ingredientes

  • 2 med Potatoes
  • 2 quart Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter, unsalted
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour, all-purpose, heaping
  • 1 x Large eggs
  • 1 pch Salt

Direcciones

  1. Boil unpeeled potatoes in 2 qts of water. When done, peel and puree while still hot. Add in butter, flour, egg, and salt. Mix the dough and knead it well.
  2. With a spoon, cut off pcs of dough. Flour your hands and roll the pcs into round dumplings. Drop dumplings into boiling soup and cook for about 5 min, till tender.
