Receta Kumquat Mojito
One of the greatest things about this tiny orange-like fruit is that you can eat it whole.
In fact, it's probably the only citrus fruit that you can eat whole - skin and everything.
And unlike its close friends, lemons, oranges, and limes, the kumquat's skin isn't bitter, but sweet, helping to balance the tangy and tart flavor from its juicy flesh. These factors make kumquats perfect ingredienst for a good summer mojito!

Ingredientes
- Handful of halved kumquats
- 1 sprig of organic mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon of organic raw honey or stevia syrup
- 1 oz of organic rum
- 1 sprig of rosemary for garnish
Direcciones
- Add the halved fruits into a metal shaker along with the mint leaves
- Muddle for 5-10 seconds
- Add the syrup or raw honey
- Add a handful of ice
- Add the rum
- Shake well
- Pour the entire content into a highball glass
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary
- Serve!
