Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Cracked wheat or possibly bulgur
  • 2 c. Water, warm
  • 1/2 c. Poppy seeds
  • 1 c. Honey
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 5 ml Festive spirits

Direcciones

  1. Soak wheat in 2 c. of warm water for 30 min. Bring to a boil and cook covered till tender.
  2. Fold in poppy seed.
  3. Cook honey with remaining 2 c. of water for 20 min. Cold and serve with wheat and poppy seed mix.

  5. "Spiritus" that is grain alcohol.
