Ladyfinger Pudding With Coffee Cream

Ingredientes

  • 16 x Ladyfinger cookies
  • 3/4 c. Brewed coffee
  • 12 ounce Fat-free cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 ct (8 ounce) frzn light whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 tsp Unsweetened cocoa pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Lay cookies in single layer on waxed paper. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. of the coffee. Stand cookies upright against sides of 2-qt souffle dish or possibly other large dessert dish, cutting to fit. Use smaller pices to cover bottom of dish. Set aside.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, remaining 1/4 c. coffee and vanilla in small bowl at high speed till smooth. Spoon into larger bowl. Mix in whipped topping till blended. Spoon into souffle dish.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill 2-12 hrs. Just before serving, sprinkle cocoa pwdr through wire sieve over top.
