Receta Ladyfinger Pudding With Coffee Cream

Ingredientes
- 16 x Ladyfinger cookies
- 3/4 c. Brewed coffee
- 12 ounce Fat-free cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 ct (8 ounce) frzn light whipped topping, thawed
- 1 tsp Unsweetened cocoa pwdr
Direcciones
- Lay cookies in single layer on waxed paper. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. of the coffee. Stand cookies upright against sides of 2-qt souffle dish or possibly other large dessert dish, cutting to fit. Use smaller pices to cover bottom of dish. Set aside.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, remaining 1/4 c. coffee and vanilla in small bowl at high speed till smooth. Spoon into larger bowl. Mix in whipped topping till blended. Spoon into souffle dish.
- Cover with plastic wrap. Chill 2-12 hrs. Just before serving, sprinkle cocoa pwdr through wire sieve over top.
