Receta Lamb Chops With Papaya Salsa
Ingredientes
- 1 med. papaya, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1/2 med. red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 T minced fresh mint (or possibly 1 teaspoon dry)
- 1 T grated fresh ginger
- Zest of 1 lime
- Juice of 2 limes
- 8 sm. loin lamb chops, trimmed of fat
Direcciones
- In a bowl put together all ingredients except chops. Toss well and let sit for 20 min. Preheat broiler. Place chops on rack and season with salt and pepper. Broil 10 min per side and serve with salsa. Serves 4 - 226 calories.
