- Cut lamb meat into some parts. Grind shallots, garlic, candlenuts and turmeric to create a paste.
- Stir fry lamb meat in a large pan with 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil on medium-high heat. Put in the grnd spices paste and stir till fragrant.
- Add in lime leaves, lemongrass and salam leaves, salt and pepper. Finally, pour the coconut lowfat milk and let it boil till the lamb is cooked and tender and the liquid is thickened. Ready to serve.
- This recipe yields 3 to 4 servings.
