Ingredientes

  • 1 lb lamb, chops
  • 4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x onion, minced
  • 4 x carrot, sliced
  • 1/2 lb green peas
  • 1 c. mushroom salt black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tsp lemon, juice
  • 3 tsp parsley, minced
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 4 c. lamb stock, (or possibly chicken stock)

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry lamb chops in 2 tsp. of extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Place 2 tsp. of extra virgin olive oil in a wok and add in onions, carrots, salt and pepper, oregano and stock. Add in lamb, mushrooms and peas.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix parsley, lemon juice and cinnamon. Add in this mix to the wok. Serve with couscous.
