  1. Saute/fry lamb chops in 2 tsp. of extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Place 2 tsp. of extra virgin olive oil in a wok and add in onions, carrots, salt and pepper, oregano and stock. Add in lamb, mushrooms and peas.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix parsley, lemon juice and cinnamon. Add in this mix to the wok. Serve with couscous.
