Receta Layered Italian Dip

Ingredientes
- 1 can (15 ounce) chick peas, liquid removed
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 c. Pesto sauce
- 1 sm. zucchini, shredded
- 1 sm. tomato, minced
- 3/4 c. (3 ounce) shredded Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- In small bowl, mash chick peas with lowfat sour cream. Spread mix over large platter. Spoon pesto sauce over chick pea mix. Top with zucchini and tomato; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve with toasted Italian bread slices, bread sticks or possibly assorted crackers. Makes about 5 cups of dip.
