Ingredientes

  • 1 (15 ounce) can extra spicy chili beans, liquid removed
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton (1 c.) no fat lowfat sour cream
  • 1 T taco seasoning mix
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans green chilies, liquid removed
  • 1 (16 ounce) pkg. frzn peas, cooked
  • 3 T lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 4 ounce (1/2 c.) shredded fat free Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 1 c. minced tomatoes

Direcciones

  1. In blender process beans till smooth. On large shallow platter, thinly spread bean mix.2. In small bowl put together lowfat sour cream and taco seasoning; blend well. Spread over bean mix, sprinkle with chilies.
  2. In blender put together peas, lime juice and garlic. Process till smooth. Spread over chilies.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese, green onions and tomatoes.
