Ingredientes
- 1 (15 ounce) can extra spicy chili beans, liquid removed
- 1 (8 ounce) carton (1 c.) no fat lowfat sour cream
- 1 T taco seasoning mix
- 2 (4 ounce) cans green chilies, liquid removed
- 1 (16 ounce) pkg. frzn peas, cooked
- 3 T lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 4 ounce (1/2 c.) shredded fat free Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1 c. minced tomatoes
Direcciones
- 1. In blender process beans till smooth. On large shallow platter, thinly spread bean mix.2. In small bowl put together lowfat sour cream and taco seasoning; blend well. Spread over bean mix, sprinkle with chilies.
- 3. In blender put together peas, lime juice and garlic. Process till smooth. Spread over chilies.
- 4. Sprinkle with cheese, green onions and tomatoes.
