Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt sliced fresh mushrooms - (8 ounce)
  • 2 c. broccoli flowerets minced
  • 1 pkt shredded carrot - (10 ounce)
  • 5 sm yellow squash sliced
  • 2 lrg red bell peppers cut 1" pcs
  • 2 x green onions (optional), sliced
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Italian dressing with balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Layer half each of first 5 ingredients and, if you like, green onions in a 3-qt glass bowl. Spread half of Parmesan Dressing over top; repeat layers. Cover and refrigerate8 hrs.
  2. For Parmesan Dressing: Whisk together all ingredients till smooth. (
