Receta Layered Vegetable Salad With Parmesan Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt sliced fresh mushrooms - (8 ounce)
- 2 c. broccoli flowerets minced
- 1 pkt shredded carrot - (10 ounce)
- 5 sm yellow squash sliced
- 2 lrg red bell peppers cut 1" pcs
- 2 x green onions (optional), sliced
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Italian dressing with balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Direcciones
- Layer half each of first 5 ingredients and, if you like, green onions in a 3-qt glass bowl. Spread half of Parmesan Dressing over top; repeat layers. Cover and refrigerate8 hrs.
- For Parmesan Dressing: Whisk together all ingredients till smooth. (
