Ingredientes

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 stk margarine
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 6 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 stk margarine
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. minced nuts

Direcciones

  1. Bring to a boiling point the water, cocoa and margarine. Add in sugar and flour; mix well. Add in Large eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and soda; stir mix. Do no use electric mixer. Mix well and bake at 350 for 40 min. Bake in greased oblong pan. Frost with the following frosting.
  2. Frosting Directions: Bring lowfat milk, cocoa and margarine to boiling. Remove from heat, and add in the rest of the frosting ingredients. Mix well and pour on cake.
