Name: Lazy Day Chocolate Cake
Ingredients: 2 c. sugar; 2 c. all-purpose flour; 1 c. water; 4 Tbsp. cocoa; 2 stk margarine; 2 x Large eggs; 1/2 c. buttermilk; 1 tsp vanilla; 1 tsp soda; 6 Tbsp. lowfat milk; 4 Tbsp. cocoa; 1 stk margarine; 1 box powdered sugar; 1 tsp vanilla; 1 c. minced nuts

Ingredientes

2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 stk margarine
2 x Large eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda
6 Tbsp. lowfat milk
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 stk margarine
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. minced nuts

Direcciones

Bring to a boiling point the water, cocoa and margarine. Add in sugar and flour; mix well. Add in Large eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and soda; stir mix. Do no use electric mixer. Mix well and bake at 350 for 40 min. Bake in greased oblong pan. Frost with the following frosting.
Frosting Directions: Bring lowfat milk, cocoa and margarine to boiling. Remove from heat, and add in the rest of the frosting ingredients. Mix well and pour on cake.
