,%20and%20then%20the%20show%20(Bar%20Food%20Paradise)%20did%20wings.%20%20We%20were%20sold!%20%20We%20haven't%20made%20wings%20in%20quite%20some%20time%20and%20minus%20the%20breading,%20that%20is%20Rick's%20area%20of%20expertise%20as%20I've%20never%20been%20a%20good%20fryer.%20%20We%20decided%20to%20do%20hot%20wings%20with%20Moore's%20Sauce%20and%20another%20batch%20with%20Parmesan%20and%20garlic.%20In%20addition%20to%20the%20wings,%20we%20came%20up%20with%20the%20idea%20to%20do%20some%20buffalo%20shrimp%20with%20a%20half%20pound%20of%20frozen%20shrimp%20that%20I%20had%20in%20the%20freezer.%20Much%20to%20our%20delight,%20everything%20turned%20out%20wonderfully!!!%20%20Here's%20what%20we%20did...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERick's%20Wings%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20the%20chicken%20wings%20in%20a%20large%20bowl%20and%20cover%20them%20with%20milk.%20%20Let%20them%20soak%20for%2020%20minutes.%20%20Place%20half%20the%20wings%20in%20a%20large%20Ziplock%20bag%20and%20add%20flour.%20%20Shake%20the%20wings%20to%20coat%20them.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20small%20bowel,%20mix%201/2%20cup%20of%20flour%20and%201/2%20cup%20of%20Parmesan%20cheese.%20%20Add%20garlic%20powder%20to%20the%20mixture%20and%20stir.%20%20Add%20the%20other%20half%20of%20the%20wings%20and%20the%20flour%20mix%20to%20another%20large%20Ziplock%20bag%20and%20shake%20to%20coat%20them.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHeat%20oil%20in%20a%20cast%20iron%20skillet%20over%20medium%20high%20heat.%20%20Once%20the%20oil%20has%20heated,%20add%20the%20regular%20wings%20first.%20%20Cook%20them%20for%2010-12%20minutes.%20%20The%20wings%20can%20either%20be%20covered%20with%20the%20oil,%20or%20they%20can%20be%20turned%20half%20way%20through%20to%20make%20sure%20that%20each%20side%20is%20a%20golden%20brown.%20%20Remove%20the%20wings%20from%20the%20oil%20and%20place%20them%20on%20a%20large%20plate%20that%20is%20covered%20with%203%20paper%20towels.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENext,%20add%20the%20Parmesan%20wings%20to%20the%20oil%20and%20cook%20them%20for%2010-12%20minutes%20also.%20%20Remove%20them%20from%20the%20oil%20and%20place%20them%20on%20a%20separate%20large%20plate%20that%20is%20covered%20with%203%20paper%20towels.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20they%20have%20cooled,%20take%20the%20regular%20wings%20and%20place%20them%20in%20another%20large%20Ziplock%20bag.%20%20Add%20Moore's%20Wing%20Sauce%20to%20the%20bag%20(the%20more%20you%20add,%20the%20hotter%20they%20will%20be).%20%20Toss%20the%20wings%20to%20coat.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBuffalo%20Shrimp%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1/2%20pound%20shirmp%20(peeled%20and%20deveined)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Emilk%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eflour%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMoore's%20Buffalo%20Wing%20Sauce%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20the%20shrimp%20in%20a%20small%20bowl%20and%20cover%20them%20with%20milk.%20%20Let%20them%20soak%20for%2020%20minutes%20(we%20had%20the%20wings%20and%20shrimp%20soaking%20at%20the%20same%20time).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemove%20the%20shrimp%20from%20the%20milk%20and%20place%20them%20in%20a%20medium%20sized%20tupperware%20container.%20%20Add%20flour.%20%20Cover%20the%20tupperware%20and%20shake%20to%20coat%20the%20shrimp.%20%20Add%20the%20shrimp%20to%20heated%20vegetable%20oil%20and%20cook%20for%205%20minutes.%20%20(We%20did%20them%20after%20the%20wings%20to%20prevent%20the%20chicken%20from%20tasting%20like%20shrimp,%20but%20in%20the%20future,%20we%20may%20cook%20them%20in%20a%20separate%20cast%20iron%20skillet)%20%20Remove%20the%20shrimp%20from%20the%20oil%20and%20place%20them%20on%20a%20large%20plate%20that%20is%20covered%20with%203%20paper%20towels.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20the%20shrimp%20have%20cooled,%20place%20them%20into%20a%20medium%20sized%20Ziplock%20bag.%20%20Add%20Moore's%20Wing%20Sauce%20to%20the%20bag%20(the%20more%20you%20add,%20the%20hotter%20they%20will%20be).%20%20Toss%20the%20shrimp%20to%20coat.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEnjoy!!!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
