Ingredientes

  • 2 x Racks of lamb, trimmed & oven ready Salt & fresh black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Freshly minced parsley
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F. Season the lamb with salt & pepper. Just before dinner, bake the lamb for 30 min (for medium rare), eight min more for medium. Combine the parsley, garlic, & bread crumbs. Spread this mix over the lamb during the last 10 min of cooking.
