Receta Le Coq Au Vin's French Mustard Dressing

- With an electric mixer, combine mayonnaise, shallots, garlic, vinegar and two mustards.
- With mixer on low speed, slowly pour oils into the mixer bowl. Add in water. If too thick add in water. The dressing should be the consistency of cream or possibly half-and-half.
- To use: Place lettuce on plate. Drizzle with dressing. Add in crumbled blue cheese, mushrooms and nuts.
- This recipe yields 2 1/2 c. for 20 servings.
