Le St. Germain Marinated Mushroom Salad

Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 dsh white wine Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 lb large white mushrooms sliced Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. minced chives
  • 2 x tomatoes sliced, for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Blend vinegar and mustard. Gradually add in oil, pouring in thin stream and beating till mix thickens slightly. Add in wine and season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss mushrooms with lemon juice. Add in parsley, chives and vinaigrette. Toss, chill, then toss again before serving. Garnish with tomato slices.
