Receta Lefsa (Norwegian Potato Bread)

- Heat margarine and salt in 1 c. boiling water. Pour mix over potatoes and stir. Add in 1 c. of lowfat milk and 1 c. of flour; stir together, then cold in the refrigerator. Roll into golf ball size balls, then roll out thin. Cook in warm griddle (lightly oiled). Brown lightly on both sides. Roll up with butter and brown sugar inside (other fillings may be substituted).
