Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Cooked chicken cut into pcs, (not too small) (up to 3)
  • 2 c. Cooked rise., (or possibly cook 3/4 c. rice in a lot of water with some salt. Drian and wash well in water.)
  • 1 x Big onion cut to small pcs
  • 2 x Tabls oil, (up to 3)
  • 1 1/2 x Tabls Flour
  • 2 x Tabls Curry (warm,or possibly mild)
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Granulated garlic
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk -, ( use water for Kashrut)
  • 3 x Tabls Coconut Shreded
  • 1/4 c. Raisins, (washed)
  • 1 x Apple cut into small pcs Salt

Direcciones

  1. First make the Rouex.
  2. In a heavy saucepan hot up oil ,add in onions and fry lightly . Add in flour,and all the seasoning, Stir all the time for 1 minute.
  3. Pour the lowfat milk (water) .Stiring all the time. Bring to boil .Take off heat.
  4. Taste and add in salt if necessary.
  5. Add in all remaining ingredients ,Stir till well blended.
  6. Transfer into a well buttered souffle dish,and bake in a preheated 350 F warm oven for about 30 min or possibly till nice brown in color.
  7. Serve with fresh salads, a dish with pineapples, and some more of shredded coconuts which you add in and sprinkle on each person own plate.
