- 1 cup diced onion (approximately 1 small onion)

- 4 ounce jar of sliced pimientos, drained
- 3 cups diced cooked turkey
- 1/2 cup organic tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper (or a few grinds on the pepper mill)
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha or hot sauce of choice
- 1/3 cup turkey broth (plus a little extra if needed), or broth of choice
