Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Flounder or possibly haddock fillets fresh or possibly frzn
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon rind, grated
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Rosemary

Direcciones

  1. Thaw frzn fish. Preheat oven to 350 F (moderate).
  2. Divide frzn fish into 6 servings. Place in single layer in a baking pan. Mix fat, lemon juice, lemon rind, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Pour over fish. Bake for 25 min or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
