Receta Lemon Baked Fish

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Flounder or possibly haddock fillets fresh or possibly frzn
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 4 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Lemon rind, grated
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Rosemary
Direcciones
- Thaw frzn fish. Preheat oven to 350 F (moderate).
- Divide frzn fish into 6 servings. Place in single layer in a baking pan. Mix fat, lemon juice, lemon rind, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Pour over fish. Bake for 25 min or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
