Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Butter
  • 1 1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar
  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 4 c. Flour Finely minced nuts Assorted fruit preserves or possibly Pecan halves

Direcciones

  1. Grease cookies sheets. Cream butter and sugar. Add in juice, beat well.
  2. Gradually add in flour. Mix well, and refrigeratefor 2 hrs Preheat oven to 350 F. Shape dough into 1 1/4 inch balls, roll in nuts. Place one inch apart on cookie sheets. Press thumb in center of each ball, fill with preserves or possibly pecans. Bake for 14-16 min, or possibly till lightly browned.
