Receta Lemon Blossom Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Butter
- 1 1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice
- 4 c. Flour Finely minced nuts Assorted fruit preserves or possibly Pecan halves
Direcciones
- Grease cookies sheets. Cream butter and sugar. Add in juice, beat well.
- Gradually add in flour. Mix well, and refrigeratefor 2 hrs Preheat oven to 350 F. Shape dough into 1 1/4 inch balls, roll in nuts. Place one inch apart on cookie sheets. Press thumb in center of each ball, fill with preserves or possibly pecans. Bake for 14-16 min, or possibly till lightly browned.
