Ingredientes

  • 1 ounce Unflavored gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Lemon yogurt Fresh strawberries optional

Direcciones

  1. Soften gelatin in 2 Tbsp. of water. Stir in lowfat milk. Cook and stir till gelatin dissolves. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Stir in yogurt.
  2. Gradually blend in gelatin mix. Pour into a 3 c. mold or possibly t 1/2 c. molds. Refrigeratetill set. Unmold and garnish with fresh strawberries, or possibly other fruit of your choice. Barb Day
