Receta Lemon~Dill and Capers Rice Side Dish
Works so well with Baked Chicken,
Ingredientes
- 1 cup short grain white rice
- Water to boil rice per box/bag instructions
- a few pinches of salt for rice water
- 1/2 lemon (juice) & shaved Lemon rind
- 2 tablespoon Capers with juices
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill chopped finely
- Garnish Sprig of Fresh Dill
Direcciones
- Boil rice as per instructions, fluff rice with a fork
- Add lemon juice, capers and juices, chopped dill and gently fold to mix all ingredients
- Transfer to a serving dish, garnish sprig of Fresh Dill
