Ingredientes

  • 6 c. water
  • 6 tsp chicken-flavored bouillon granules
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 x garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd white pepper
  • 2 lrg Large eggs lightly beaten

Direcciones

  1. Bring first 7 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 min. Stir in white pepper.
  2. Slowly pour in beaten Large eggs, stirring constantly, till Large eggs form lacy strands. Immediately remove from heat; remove and throw away garlic.
