Receta Lemon Egg Drop Soup

Ingredientes
- 6 c. water
- 6 tsp chicken-flavored bouillon granules
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind
- 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 x garlic cloves
- 2 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd white pepper
- 2 lrg Large eggs lightly beaten
Direcciones
- Bring first 7 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 min. Stir in white pepper.
- Slowly pour in beaten Large eggs, stirring constantly, till Large eggs form lacy strands. Immediately remove from heat; remove and throw away garlic.
