Lemon Fluff Squares

Very easy prep and inexpensive.

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter or margerine
  • 3 tbs. sugar
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon (or lime) juice
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
  • optional: 8 drops yellow food coloring
  • garnish: lemon zest

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine graham crackers with sugar and butter, press into the bottom and sides of an 8 inch square or 9 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake 8 minutes, let cool completely.
  4. Using a hand mixer, beat milk and juice on low for 90 seconds.
  5. Stir in Cool Whip.
  6. Pour into the dish, smooth, refrigerate on the top shelf for 2 hours or more before serving.
  7. Keep covered in the fridge.
