Ingredientes

  • 4 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1 x Egg yolk
  • 1 tsp Lemon peel, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 1/2 c. Confectioners' sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 dsh Yellow food coloring

Direcciones

  1. Place margarine and egg yolk in mixer bowl and attach beaters. Beat on medium speed till light and fluffy. Add in lemon peel, lemon juice, water, food coloring and salt and beat about 2 min longer. Reduce mixer speed to low. Add in about 1 c. sugar and mix till combined. Increase speed to medium and beat till smooth. Continue adding sugar in the same manner till frosting reaches proper consistency.
