Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce boneless beef top loin steaks (approximately 1 lb.) - cut 1 inch thick Salt
  • 1 lrg garlic clove -- crushed
  • 1 tsp lemon peel -- grated
  • 1/2 tsp dry thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Direcciones

  1. In small bowl, combine seasoning ingredients; press into both sides of beef steaks.
  2. Place steaks on grid over medium ash-covered coals. Grill uncovered 16 to 18 min for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
  3. Trim fat from steaks. Carve steaks crosswise into thick slices; season with salt, as desired.
  4. Yield 4 servings.
