Ingredientes

  • 1 stk butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 c. Minced nuts
  • 1 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1 ctn ( 8 ounce) Cold Whip Lite , thawed
  • 2 pkt (small) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened

Direcciones

  1. In a food processor, mix butter, flour and nuts. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 F for 15 min. Let cold. Combine the sugar and cheese with only 1 c. of the Cold Whip in a food processor. Spread over the baked crust. Mix the pudding with lowfat milk till thick. Let it set.
  2. Spread pudding over the cheese layer, then spread the rest of the Cold Whip on top. Chill several hrs before serving. Cut into serving-size portions.
