Receta Lemon Pepper Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 pound chicken breast, thighs, quarters or possibly drumsticks
- 1 T garlic salt
- 1/2 T lemon pepper
- 1/2 T salt-free herb seasoning (i.e. Spice Islands salt free lemon-herb seasoning)
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- Vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Rinse chicken parts thoroughly. Season with garlic salt, lemon pepper, and herb seasoning.
- Heat oil in ovenproof frying pan. Brown seasoned chicken in oil (just sufficient oil to cover the bottom of the pan). Add in lemon juice, and cover. Bake in oven for 45 min, or possibly till done.
- Makes four 4 oz servings.
