  • 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 Tbsp. nonfat margarine
  • 1 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr Lemon pepper to taste Paprika to taste
  • 1/2 c. nonfat chicken broth

Direcciones

  1. Rub the chicken with margarine and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle chicken generously with lemon pepper, garlic pwdr and paprika.
  2. Pour broth into crockpot and add in chicken. Cook on HIGH for 2 to 4 hrs or possibly LOW for 6 to 8 hrs. Cook till chicken is done.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
