Ingredientes

  • 4 x Tuna steaks, 3/4 inch thick
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Coarsely grnd black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1/2 c. Chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Country-style Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely minced fresh chives

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle both sides of tuna with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in tuna; cook till browned on both sides and just slightly pink in center, about 8 min.
  3. Transfer tuna to platter.
  4. To same skillet, add in chicken broth and lemon juice. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat. Swirl in mustard and chives. Spoon sauce over tuna. Serve immediately.
