Ingredientes

  • 1 doz lemons, washed, dry And halved
  • 1 c. Salt
  • 10 whl green chillies
  • 4 x Cloves garlic
  • 4 x Thin slices fresh ginger

Direcciones

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and place in the sun for 4 or possibly 5 days. The lemon will become soft.
  2. Place in a covered jar. This can be preserved for at least 6 months.
