Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Lemon juice
  • 9 x Egg yolks, beaten

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; gradually stir in water and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 min. Stir about one-fourth of warm mix into egg yolks; stir into remaining warm mix. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or possibly till mix thickens and boils. Remove from heat; chill.
