Ingredientes

  • 1 can (6 ounce.) frzn lemonade concentrate or possibly pink lemonade concentrate, partially thawed
  • 1 pt (2 c.) vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 tub (8 ounce.) Cold WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1 x HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 ounce.)

Direcciones

  1. Beat concentrate in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed about 30 seconds. Gradually spoon in ice cream; beat till well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping till smooth. Freeze till mix will mound, if necessary.
  2. Spoon into crust.
  3. Freeze 4 hrs or possibly overnight till hard. Let stand at room temperature 15 min or possibly till pie can be cut easily. Garnish with additional whipped topping, lemon slices and fresh mint leaves, if you like. Store leftover pie in freezer.
  4. Great Substitute: Substitute 1/3 c. COUNTRY TIME Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix and 1/2 c. water for lemonade concentrate; stir to dissolve.
