Ingredientes

  • 1 gal Water
  • 1 quart Ketchup
  • 1 quart Vinegar, (amber 4% acidity)
  • 10 ounce Sugar
  • 8 ounce Salt
  • 4 ounce Black pepper
  • 4 ounce Crushed red pepper
  • 1 pch Grnd red pepper, (cayenne)

Direcciones

  1. Preparation: "Combine all ingredients into a 1.5 gallon stock pot and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Spoon the piping warm dip onto the prepared meat just prior to serving.
