Ingredientes

  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softene
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Pumpkin, canned
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 4 x Large eggs

Direcciones

  1. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr & salt; set aside.* In large bowl, cream butter & sugar till light & fluffy. Add in pumpkin & vanilla; mix well. Add in Large eggs, one at a time. Add in dry ingredients; mix well.
  2. Pour batter into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.* Bake in preheated 350 oven for 60-65 mins. Cold 15 mins. Remove from pan; cold on wire rack.
