- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 3/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softene
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Pumpkin, canned
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 4 x Large eggs
Direcciones
- * In medium bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr & salt; set aside.* In large bowl, cream butter & sugar till light & fluffy. Add in pumpkin & vanilla; mix well. Add in Large eggs, one at a time. Add in dry ingredients; mix well.
- * Pour batter into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.* Bake in preheated 350 oven for 60-65 mins. Cold 15 mins. Remove from pan; cold on wire rack.
