  • 2 ounce Lowfat milk, DRY NON-FAT L HEAT
  • 4 lb SUGAR, Pwdr 2 LB
  • 3/4 lb SHORTENING, 3LB
  • 2 Tbsp. IMITATION VANILLA
  • 3/4 tsp SALT TABLE 5LB

  1. CREAM BUTTER Or possibly MARGARINE AND SHORTENING IN MIXER BOWL 1 TO 3 Min Or possibly Till LIGHT AND FLUFFY.
  2. SIFT TOGETHER POWDERED SUGAR, SALT, AND Lowfat milk; Add in TO CREAMED Mix; BLEND.
  3. COMBINE WATER AND VANILLA; Add in SLOWLY TO Mix WHILE BEATING AT LOW SPEED. BEAT Till MOISTURE IS ABSORBED. SCRAPE DOWN BOWL. BEAT AT MEDIUM SPEED 3 TO 5 Min Or possibly Till LIGHT AND OF SPREADING CONSISTENCY. 4.SPREAD IMMEDIATELY ON Cold CAKES.
