Ingredientes

  • Vegetable cooking spray -- butter flavored
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine -- reduced calorie
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms -- minced
  • 1/4 c. green onions -- minced
  • 10 ounce fresh oysters -- liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. dry white wine
  • 2 tsp minced fresh oregano
  • 1/4 tsp warm sauce
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 8 ounce pasta shells -- uncooked
  • 2/3 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add in margarine. Place over medium-high heat till margarine melts. Add in mushrooms and green onions; saute/fry 1 minute. Add in oysters, and saute/fry 2 min. Add in chicken broth, wine, oregano, and warm sauce; cook 2 min. Add in parsley and lemon juice; stir well. Remove from heat and keep hot.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat, drain.
  3. Place pasta in a serving bowl, and add in oyster mix; toss gently. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
  4. Yield: 5 servings.
